Refund policy
LWC has a 30-day return policy*, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
*Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made orders (including but not limited to rings ordered in a specific size, and personalized items like dog tags). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item, and return the item you have separately. Once the return is accepted & processed, the refund from your returned item will go back to your original payment method.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the item meets the above criteria, your return will be approved and your refund will go back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the returned product(s) fall under the Damages and Issues category.
